RODINA

The elevator was the biggest concern for my family and me. It malfunctioned at times, and once we were stuck inside for several minutes before the situation was resolved. That needs attention for guests to feel safe using it. The hotel makes a strong first impression, with an elegant lobby, modern art, and neatly arranged rooms and cafeteria. Breakfast could run better, though. Glasses and cups should be set out at the drinks station instead of having guests collect them from the bar. Small spoons for yogurt, jam, and coffee would also be better than plastic ones. I also noticed some staff shirts were wrinkled, which took away from the professional feel. Rodina has a lot of potential. Better service details and maintenance could help it become a top choice for business and family travellers.

The food selection was a real plus, with tasty options for different preferences. Rodina Hotel is also well located, close to what I needed while still quiet enough to relax. From arrival, the staff were warm, welcoming, and glad to help. Everything ran smoothly, and it felt like they cared about the guest experience. The whole place has a homey feel, almost like staying with family. I had a lovely stay and would come back, and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and genuine hospitality.

I arrived early in the morning on the same flight as a group with reservations at the hotel. Everyone else checked in, but I was left waiting for hours. Reception communicated very poorly and did nothing to reassure me. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We paid for 3 nights, but had to get our key card reactivated every night. The reception service was extremely slow, and there was no clear information or Wi-Fi. The rooms were dirty and had plenty of flaws. The elevator also felt dangerous, moving up and down by itself. This place doesn’t deserve five stars.
