The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly. Fadila, the cafeteria host, was especially outstanding. My room and bathroom were clean, though the sheets had a few stains and dirt, and the bathroom could use a deeper clean. The Wi-Fi signal was poor and didn’t work.

A staff member came into my room without knocking, and the team, including the receptionist, seemed disorganized and unhelpful. I had to ask twice for room service, but the sheets still weren’t changed. The room had dirty, stained sheets and walls, and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly. I expected a four-star stay, but was deeply disappointed. It’s not worth the price, not even close, and I strongly do not recommend it. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The cafeteria has good views, and breakfast was good too. The room was clean, the Wi-Fi worked okay, and the bathroom was fine, with good water flow from both the shower and sink. It’s a good hotel with friendly staff. A night costs 5000 Dinars, about £21.50.

The place itself is nice, and the treatment is somewhat okay. But the rooms are a little dirty, the floor tile looks like it may come loose, and the air conditioner still hasn’t been fixed and doesn’t work.
