The kind, welcoming staff at Hotel Norris were always ready to help, which really stood out to me. It’s a clean, comfortable place in Alausí, well located near the train station and main square. A great choice for a visit to town.

I slept comfortably in the spacious room. It could use a little decor, though.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the service was good. They sorted out any issues quickly. Breakfast is served at a restaurant across the street, while parking is about four blocks away. The hotel is on the main avenue, so rooms facing the street get outside noise all night. Wi-Fi could be better, and the hot water was only lukewarm.

The staff were attentive and very friendly, and it was otherwise great. A lovely place to stay when visiting Alausi, though the Wi-Fi could be better.
