The owner was kind and hospitable, and we felt secure behind the fence with easy key card access. We could walk to lots of places nearby. The house’s architecture was lovely, our rooms were clean, and breakfast was included. We had a very nice stay.

We only planned to stay one night with my wife, then ended up extending to five! The hotel is in a safe area close to the center, and our room was spacious and clean, with a distinctive design. Breakfast was tasty and the price for what you get was great. Thanks again to the owner and to Franklin, who was capable, efficient, and friendly. We’ll stay here again when we’re back in Quito.

The interior really was lovely, and our room was comfortable and clean. We picked the hotel for its look and the high customer ratings for breakfast on Booking, but breakfast was hit or miss. The eggs could be undercooked or overcooked, and on Sunday, while the usual cook/server was on break, it was a very insubstantial continental breakfast. The wifi was also so unreliable that getting work done was difficult. Keep in mind they may add a 10% service charge to the quoted amount. We stayed four nights.

A lovely, quiet spot in La Mariscal, with parking available and restaurants and cafes in the lively area just minutes away. The rooms were nice, the bathrooms were great, and the included made-to-order breakfasts were wonderful. It’s such a cute boutique hotel, and super affordable too. A great start to our Ecuador trip. Definitely recommend. Love Quito ❤

The room was clean, with a very good bed, but it felt cold. We had to ask every day for something, from toilet paper and soap to breakfast, and to explain that we’re vegetarians. For the service and breakfast, it’s too pricey. There are better options in Quito.
