They were told when we’d arrive, but nobody even opened the door. Since they had no rooms available, they offered us another place to sleep that they called “super comfortable.” It was awful, and we found fleas on the beds and socks. That makes me think the rooms aren’t even cleaned. The water was shut off several times, there was no bathroom light, and the food they served was burnt. The staff were horrible with customers. The worst place and the worst service. If you need somewhere to stay, this is not it.

We made a reservation for 11 people to celebrate Mother’s Day and traveled from far away expecting to be served. Nobody mentioned a deposit at any point. The person who answered us on WhatsApp sent voice messages asking how many people were coming, and gave us the menu, but never said a deposit was needed to confirm the booking. When we arrived, we were told they couldn’t serve us because we hadn’t paid the required deposit. That came as a surprise. They apologized, but this isn’t how a reservation should be handled. We found the lack of transparency really disappointing. The salesperson, owner, or whoever is responsible should explain the terms and conditions clearly from the start. I can’t recommend the place.

I went with a group of 20, and my experience was very poor. The location is remote, the staff were rude, and the owner didn’t honor what had been agreed beforehand. At one point, we were staying overnight with only the lights on when someone knocked and told us to turn them off. The employee said it was the boss’s order. When he spoke with the boss, the boss said he knew where to cut our power. They also cut off our water. I think the service needs serious improvement. The rooms weren’t well maintained. There was damp on the walls, insects, and uncleared cobwebs. We found dust on the blankets and insects on sheets that didn’t look like they’d been cleaned in a long time. Based on what happened to us, if you want a place to stay and have a good time in Pitag, I’d look elsewhere for better amenities. Save your family a bad experience. I hope no one else wastes their money.

I was among the group of 20 in the previous review, and want to correct several things the “owner” said. The price wasn’t $10. When the reservation was made, the person in charge was told we could use all the facilities until 1:00 a.m. Yet at midnight we were abruptly made to leave the room. We went downstairs without any trouble, and at 1:00 a.m. we were having a quiet conversation when someone rudely knocked and told us to turn off the lights. They called the “boss,” who ordered our electricity cut. We refused, then the staff left. Within minutes, our water was off too. We found that disrespectful and unprofessional. We had also asked in advance about the wet area and were told alcoholic drinks and music were allowed. Even after being rudely removed from the room, we were treated disrespectfully there as well. We were 18-year-olds, but in my view showed more maturity and respect than the owners. As for the alleged cake stain on the wall, we left the space as we found it. The floor was already slippery when we arrived. I’d tell anyone considering this place to look elsewhere: service and treatment were poor, and the owners and managers didn’t communicate clearly. They should set out clear rules in the contract to avoid misunderstandings.
