I stayed for nine days and was really impressed by how well they looked after their guests. The owners care about making people comfortable, and the atmosphere is very hospitable. The room prices are reasonable.

Everything is just steps away, since it’s right in the center. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. They did our laundry and lent us a hairdryer, which you don’t often find in Ecuadorian hotels. They also kept our luggage while we were away on a multi-day excursion. When we got back, everything was just as we’d left it. The continental breakfast was fresh, good, and plentiful. Highly recommended.

Breakfast is included, which I thought was perfect, and they suggested some great tours. The room was comfortable and modern, and the service was excellent. It’s well placed near Plaza Grande, museums, and churches. I’m leaving happy.

We had an amazing few days here. The owners are incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to answer questions or help. It’s a beautiful hotel in the historic center, close to everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!
