The family who own and run it are a delight, and that’s what makes the place feel special. It’s right in the historic center, but the rooms stay quiet. Everything was super clean, and the showers were piping hot.

Lucia and Luis were so friendly and helpful, and shared great insights about Quito and Ecuador's traditions and culture. The hotel sits in the historic center, which made it easy to explore the city, and breakfast had a lovely mix of local and international dishes. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped. I also loved how this beautifully restored historic building pairs its old-world charm with modern amenities. I had a fantastic stay and would gladly come back to Casa Hotel Las Plazas. Thanks to the wonderful team!

The young couple who run this charming boutique hotel made us feel like family. They put so much care into everything, from the welcome and breakfast to all the thoughtful little touches during our stay. We loved being able to explore Old Town from here. The staff also helped us arrange some incredible tours and experiences, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy along the way. Personalized 5-star service on a smart budget. We can't wait to come back.

Lucia made breakfast something to look forward to, explaining each exotic fruit she served. The hotel is family-owned and managed, and everyone was kind, helpful, and able to communicate in English. Its location is perfect for seeing Quito's historic center. I also felt comfortable walking to and from the center in the evening because of where the hotel is.
