Getting in and out is a hassle, especially for those of us with small kids who have to beg for access. The machines don't work, there's never a cashier around, and even when he is there, he won't accept payment, so we're forced to use the machine. Parking costs an incredible amount on top of the fortune already spent on medical appointments. There's no empathy at all. It's unfair, terrible service, and feels like highway robbery.

This place means a lot to us. EV SALUD started here in 2020, and this was our first location serving companies and individuals. We treated many patients here throughout the COVID pandemic.

The entry process is a complete mess. You need an ID to register and get in, and the system is hard to understand. If you're not comfortable with technology, you're stuck. Paying is just as bad, with no cashiers and broken machines. Awful!
