I really enjoyed my time there when I visited in May 22. The food and the people working there were amazing, and everything else was perfect. The only issue was that the shower didn’t seem to have warm water.

The building is beautiful, but it feels cheaply done and doesn’t work well. The only windows look onto a super noisy street, other rooms, or dark internal corridors. The staff were lazy, slow, and extremely unkind. There was no internet, and the shower had no water pressure. My stay in Quito was simply sad. Horrible.
