The owners made me feel welcome, and I really liked the service. It’s a handy spot for a short Quito visit, with plenty of places to eat within walking distance and everything else I needed nearby. Breakfast could use a few more choices, but aside from that, I had a nice stay.

The owner went with me to the hospital and supported me like family when I had a medical emergency. I was speechless at how much they helped. What made the difference for me was the welcome and the advice from Daniel and Carolina, who both speak perfect English. As a foreigner, I really valued feeling listened to and getting thoughtful, capable help with what I needed. The room was perfect too. It felt like more than a hotel, and better for it.
