Virginia greeted us so warmly and was always kind and helpful. Our room was comfortable and warm, and it was cleaned every day. The hotel is beautiful, quiet, and clean, with an excellent location just steps from the center. We hope to come back.

My friend and I had already paid for the reservation, but when we arrived to check in, we were turned away. They said the owner wasn't home and didn't like offering accommodation when he wasn't there. We left feeling it was because of our nationality, especially since we heard the phone call where someone said, "Colombians should leave."

The hostel is nice, and Mr. Nelson is a really kind person who always makes you feel at home. It's very close to the historic center and other places of interest.
