The view is beautiful and the hotel is close to the beach, but the overall cleanliness was poor. On the first day we found dirty sheets, the bathrooms weren’t cleaned well, and the pillowcases were dirty too. The beds were extremely hard, some room lights were burned out, the sliding doors didn’t work properly, and the air conditioning didn’t cool at all. The staff were friendly, but the hotel needs more staff and better service.

The person who welcomed us was kind, and the hotel is close to the beach. We practically had the place to ourselves, and I did like its beautiful Italian design. But it’s run down and poorly maintained, with nobody taking responsibility. There were piles of garbage by the parking lot, and chickens and dogs had left waste in the lobby. We even had to ask them to grease the bathroom door because it sounded like a haunted house. There were lots of other issues too, and I wouldn’t return.

The receptionist was friendly, but the hotel was in terrible shape. The floors were dirty, walls moldy, and the pool was dirty with green water. There were musty smells, the refrigerator was moldy, and the sheets were stained. Kitchen service wasn’t available because it was under renovation. It’s also far from both the beach and the shopping area. They shouldn’t advertise a pretty picture when the place is in such bad condition.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The owner was rude and treated my elderly parents badly. He charged $10 per person for up to two hours on the tennis court. There was no lighting, the bathroom was terrible, and the facilities were in awful condition. He was always quick to take our money, though. He was rude and incredibly angry, especially because we were playing with the dog. What kind of owner does that?

A really comfortable place for a vacation, with rooms that look out over the sea. The atmosphere is lovely for spending time with friends or family.
