The staff are always so welcoming and attentive, and I love coming here. You can wander around the farm, see the coffee plants and all the different fruit, then stop for a really good coffee grown and roasted right on site. A must for anyone who loves specialty coffee.

The grounds are lovely, with coffee bushes, avocado trees, and orange trees all around. We only stopped in at the cafeteria, where they serve their own coffee, but the cabins looked lovely too. We’d be happy to come back and stay.

There’s so much green space here, with beautiful plantations across 10 hectares. The hotel area looks really cozy and like a nice place to get away from the city. I hope I can stay soon. It’s also a beautiful spot to sit down for coffee.

They upgraded my room since it was quiet during the week. The WiFi was good enough for a regular 9-5 while I watched hummingbirds everywhere, almost like pigeons in NY. It’s a great place, and a cab to ibarra center costs $3.

It was a great place to stay, but the same breakfast every day got old: granola, yogurt, and fruit. I also found a millipede in the bed on my first night, then a scorpion in the room a few nights later, and another a couple of nights after that. It’d be great if they could keep bugs out. The water temperature was inconsistent too, though I don’t think that’s something the hosteria can control.
