Our room had a water leak before we arrived, so the staff arranged for us to stay at a nearby hotel instead. Someone walked us over and came with us to the reservation desk. Really appreciate the awesome service, thank you!

The hotel is clean and comfortable, less than two blocks from Pacífico Mall and around three blocks from Murciélago Beach. I wouldn't suggest walking around the neighborhood after 8 pm. Parking was a mess when we got there around 11 at night: the lot they sent us to was full, so we had to find another place ourselves. It was literally a drama, and the hotel should have warned us that evening parking was difficult. We also waited until late to finish paying by card because their data fast wasn't working.

After we arrived, they shuttled us to a second location nowhere near downtown, and it was gross. We cancelled the reservation as soon as we got there, but had to pay for the ride first. This place is a scam.
