We chose it because the price seemed fair and it was reasonably close to Amboto carnival. The night was rough, though. Beeping alarms kept going, noise carried through the halls, TVs were loud, and guests were arguing at 4am. Our room's window faced the hallway, and the water kept switching between warm and cold.
