The service was excellent, and the place is affordable. In Súa, it has room options for different needs, plus a pool and parking.

There was nobody at reception to help, and the service was terrible. The rooms were filthy and dusty, with a musty smell. The hotel looks nothing like its online photos, which seem to show it from when it first opened. Now it’s a pigsty. I’d never go back or recommend it to anyone. It doesn’t deserve even one star.

The service was decent, though it has plenty of room to improve. For about two dollars more, you could stay somewhere much better. This place is inexpensive, but the old TVs, lack of air conditioning, and uncomfortable beds make it a poor value.

The price is way too high for what you get. The facilities are old and don’t look like the photos. Our room had no hot water or air conditioning, the foam mattress was uncomfortable, and the cable TV didn’t work. The pool and outdoor shower areas were in deplorable condition. When I tried to complain, they got aggressive. DO NOT GO.
