The location is good, but this place was very, very loud. Noise carried into my room from people talking or closing doors on any floor, and it was hot in that tiny, coffin-like room. Mine was basically a bed with just 0.5 on either side, like a Japanese capsule room. Between the heat and all the noise, sleeping was hard. I had a private bathroom, but it was outside the room, so I'd have to get dressed to use the toilet in the middle of the night. If you want a bathroom connected to your bedroom, avoid this place. The website should make that arrangement explicit. Parking wasn't provided either. I asked about the free pass to the thermal baths and didn't get one. I went to the place they directed me for breakfast, but there was no free breakfast. None of the perks were there for me. Maybe it was because I don't speak Spanish well.

We reserved for two adults and two children, and things seemed fine until we were told we would only get 3 pool passes and 3 breakfasts. The attendant kept insisting on the three passes even after we showed her our reservation. In the end, another attendant sorted it out by phone. Lovely place otherwise.

The room is big, and the location is central. We'd recommend having breakfast in the city. Highly recommended.

After a long day of walking, hiking, or other adventures, it's great to come back and relax here. My room was clean and comfortable, with a fantastic bed and a luxurious, spacious bathroom. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. I loved this hotel, and it was worth the money.

It's a nice, very clean hotel with friendly staff. I like staying here, especially since it's right in the heart of the tourist city of Banos.
