It's comfortable and well priced, though not a luxury place, and the location is handy: right in town but quiet. My room had a great waterfall view. The owner is kind and knows the area well. Breakfast was spectacular, with food made to order and fresh local dishes each day. You can also book directly through the hotel on WhatsApp.

A beautiful place to spend the night in banos. The staff were bilingual and super helpful. Make sure to try the breakfast they make every morning. I had an amazing time and will definitely stay here whenever I'm in banos.

We stayed three nights at this lovely hostel. Luis was so thoughtful and helpful, even after we'd checked out. When we left and came back four days later, he let us store the extra bags we were carrying. We also rented bikes from him for the waterfall tour, and booked a massage. That massage was incredible, probably the best we've ever had. The only drawback was that the WiFi wasn't great in the rooms. Otherwise, five stars.

Our room, booked with two beds and a balcony, was very comfortable. The hotel had a calm, friendly atmosphere. The owner is terrific and knows so much, and he's ready to help with just about anything you can think of.

Having a balcony with a hammock facing the waterfall was just what we wanted, and the spa was lovely too. Breakfast was great. Luis was an amazing host, always greeting us with a smile and a little chat. He helped us find restaurants, attractions, and festivals in nearby villages, and was there for anything else we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well located. The only things I'd mention are that hot water sometimes took a while to arrive, and there weren't enough places to hang things in the shower room.
