The bed was decent, with two large pillows, and the room was a little bigger than the one at d'mathias next door. The bathroom was a bit better too. But the customer service was awful. Whenever I spoke to anyone, they acted like I was bothering them. It took 30 hours to get my laundry back, and it was only half folded. There was trash in the hallway, and it seemed like they had just one housekeeper while everyone else sat by the desk with their feet up. The kitchen was pretty dank, so I didn't use it. Not impressed.

The rooms are clean, and I found the location handy for getting to things. The staff were accommodating. We're staying 4-7 days and paying $15 a night, which feels a bit high.

The hostal is right across from the bus terminal, and all the rooms have private showers. The room and beds were fine, and there's a good kitchen. They also offer tours. The staff were lovely and helpful, especially Miria, who I guess is the owner. They have a sweet, beautiful Siberian husky called Max. The wifi was almost nonexistent, though they were trying to fix it, and don't look under the beds because they aren't clean at all. Showers don't stay warm for long if other people are showering at the same time.

The kitchen is well equipped, and the location is ok. It's such a small town that location doesn't matter that much. The rooms are small, the beds aren't very comfortable, and the service isn't very nice. The internet is weak.

I only stayed one night, and the price was fairly good for the area. The rooms are small, and the towels were pretty worn. Being downtown means a lot of noise at night from passing buses and other activity. I arrived by car, but parking was a bit far away and cost extra. Breakfast was good, but you have to pay an additional fee for it.
