We've stayed at this wonderful hotel twice now, and the gardens, plants and animals are truly majestic. The view of the Tungurahua is incredible when the weather is clear. Diana and Dario have always helped us with whatever we needed. The rooms are clean, and the laundry service is great. Some reviews say there's no hot water, but every time we've stayed, the water has been piping hot with good pressure. We never miss the included breakfast: fresh fruit, juices, eggs, bread and more. If you get the chance to stay in Baños de Ambato, Jardines is a good choice.

Marco was incredibly attentive and gave excellent service. The space is amazing, and the staff were great. Breakfast was included, fresh and delicious, with locally sourced yogurt, cheese and butter. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We'll be back, 5/5.

We had 18 people and fit into two of the largest rooms, which are like small apartments. One apartment had four rooms, each with two beds and a private bathroom, while the other had three bedrooms. Everything was very clean and private. With suites that large, it came to about $20 per person per night, which wasn't bad at all. The building is amazing, and the place is eco friendly. Great place!

We went as a family with our 10 year old daughter, and it was our first time in baños and at this place. The service exceeded our expectations. I booked too many dates by mistake, but they didn't charge any kind of fee. When our GPS didn't work in the area, the owner offered to show us how to get to the Central of banos. Breakfast was amazing, the beds were comfy, and the hot water worked.

The staff were very friendly and willing to help, though they spoke only Spanish. The location and venue are beautiful, but it's far from the city, with no shop, pharmacy, kiosk or anything else nearby. Best to make sure you don't have urgent needs. My room was large, but only had a bed and a couple of stools, so I had to keep my bags on the floor. There was no hot shower, and for me there was sometimes no water in the bathroom at all, for three nights in a row. The sockets are American type only, but the staff lent me a large adaptor with all connector types.
