The rooms are okay, and the bathroom could definitely use improvement, but the customer service is beyond great. The staff are super friendly and caring, and really try to make sure guests have the best stay and experience. Their attentive service made this a better place to stay than the one I visited earlier in Baños. I'd absolutely recommend the hotel. It's hard to find hosts who care more about their guests.

After hours of searching on a rainy Saturday, we were exhausted and frustrated. Baños was packed, and we'd had no luck finding a place to stay. Around midnight we came across this hotel, which had just one room left for six people. They understood our situation and charged us the double-room rate for the room for six, since finding somewhere for our large family that late would've been difficult. It was an easy decision. The bathroom was spotless, towels were provided, the shower was hot, and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended. Thank you so much to Nestor for his empathy, kindness, and service, and for giving us this option 🙏🏽

The staff were attentive, the prices reasonable, and parking was included. The hotel is right in the city center. I'm very grateful for their care and highly recommend the place. It deserves five stars, and I'd give it more if I could.

The location was good, and the room was clean, with clean sheets and comfortable beds. The entrance is a great spot for taking pictures. A couple of downsides from my experience: we were traveling over a holiday, so I understand prices can go up a little. There were five of us, and the price was $15 per person. They put us in a room with three double beds, then said it would be $18 each because there was extra space that needed to be filled. Also, the light bulb flickered every second.
