The place itself was okay, but the outside noise was overwhelming. Cars, people, everything came through so loudly that I barely slept. I wouldn't recommend it.

We were charged too much, and although they said they'd provide towels and toilet paper, we never got either. There was no hot water, either.

The staff are friendly, and the rooms feel cozy. It's also in a great location, so I'd still recommend staying here. The shower is the problem: there's either no hot water or it's boiling. Fix that and the place would be excellent.

I found the room lovely and clean, and the service was excellent. You can arrange chiva tours right there, too. I'd happily stay again on my next visit.
