We didn’t like the room and asked for our money back straight away, but they refused, saying we’d already used it. We had only put our bags on the bed and hadn’t even been inside the hotel for ten minutes. The woman became angrier and kept insisting we’d occupied the room. We left without a refund. The service was awful, and I don’t recommend this hotel. There are nicer hotels and Airbnbs that are much better.
The rooms were comfortable and well kept, but the bathroom needs work. The shower pipes are exposed, and there’s just a hole into another room instead of a proper exhaust fan. I also wouldn’t recommend the hotel’s tours. They cost much more than everyone else’s for essentially the same thing, maybe with a few different details, but the experience was the same or worse.
The bathrooms need improvement, and the owner suddenly raised the price after first suggesting an amount.
After we’d left, they raised the price they had quoted us.
I forgot some of my belongings today and urgently need to get in touch with someone.
