We came with our children to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and the welcome was wonderful from the start. We stayed in the Pachamama room, which was spacious, bright, spotless, and had an amazing view. The jacuzzi could be used whenever we wanted, and the heated floor and comfortable bed made it hard to get up. Dinner and breakfast came to our room. They’d thought of every detail, with wine, chocolates, fruit, and water, plus complimentary socks and a small gift. They also decorated beautifully for the birthday, which made the day extra special. Thanks for the excellent service, cleanliness, and kindness. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend it.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary there on June 13th, and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were so kind and friendly, and the room details were wonderful. The warm socks they gave us were a particularly sweet touch. The decorations were spectacular and simple at the same time. Whoever put them together was a perfectionist: every letter in “Happy Anniversary” was perfectly aligned. The rooms were lovely, built with quality materials, and had a unique, beautiful view. The tours to the attractions were impressive and impeccably maintained. I highly recommend it, 5 out of 5 in every aspect.

The rooms felt like a dream, and waking up surrounded by clouds was such a unique experience. I was there with my partner in January for four fantastic days, and the staff took unbeatable care of us. I can’t remember their names since I couldn’t access the website to leave this review sooner: the young man who looked after us, the massage therapists, the cook, the waiters, and the owner’s daughter who went all over Baños to find Spanish wines and decent glasses. I do remember that the cook was from Santo Domingo. My first impression was incredible, and the people and the place were wonderful. Thanks to the whole team at Pachamama EcoColdge. We’ll be back! My rating is 1000%.
