I left after 45 minutes and went to El Dorado Hotel, which was fantastic. The service here felt unprofessional from the start: the clerk was running around, there were no uniforms, and they couldn't find my reservation. The room key didn't work, and they had to send someone to make another because it had an actual deadbolt. There was no TP in the bathroom, and the toilet clogged the first time I used it. The room was dim, while the bathroom lighting looked like a black light. The place looked charming, but it's old and dated, with small rooms and no real niceties. I expected a great experience anyway, but the first 45 minutes just didn't feel right. In response to the owners: I checked in and stayed in the room for 45 minutes before deciding the service was unacceptable to me. A hotel doesn't have to be luxury to offer great service. Ignacio was at the front desk and can confirm I had a reservation under Guillermo Ivan Salguero.

Cheap and well located, like plenty of other places in the area. Inside the hotel, though, it's incredibly noisy. The staff are extremely unprofessional and arrogant, and won't improve your stay or even apologize for their lack of competence. Stay somewhere else. Do NOT book this hotel.

It's close to everything, but I would never stay there again. The floors were filthy, and the parking cost was very misleading. The $5 Fer covers 8pm to 8am only. After that you pay by the hour or park on the street. My room was okay, even though I'd upgraded to a deluxe.

They don't warn you that the place also has a reception and event hall right next to the rooms. There's music and partying until 3am, and you can hear everything. Nobody apologized. Bad service, worst place to stay.
