The location is perfect, and the staff are absolutely fantastic. My room was very clean and had a nice balcony view. I had a wonderful stay at this great place.

For the price and location, this was well above what I expected. The included valet parking and breakfast were lovely, and the service was excellent and extremely attentive. Everything was very clean, and the wifi was fast. My five-year-old was delighted by the room's second floor and balcony, which felt special to her. Across the street, they pointed out a beautiful little hidden plaza with lots of restaurants and lovely night views of the cathedral. It may be one of the most beautiful spots I've seen in Cuenca. There are some minor drawbacks: no elevator, a few repairs needed, and mismatched furniture, but none were deal breakers.

Diego and Erick made us feel like family, and the breakfast was great. The hotel is clean and organized, with everything within walking distance. It's right in the center, so expect some noise day and night, plus the cathedral bells announcing the start of mass every day. There is no elevator, so be ready for the stairs. The first floor is equivalent to the US second floor.
