The only real drawback is finding the place: there's no hotel sign, just a wooden door, so it's VERY hard to spot. Inside, the rooms are large, clean, and very nice. The kitchens are fully equipped, there are smart TVs, and the place feels very safe. The location is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I paid in advance for a reservation, but when I arrived at Hotel Bristol Cuenca, they said they had no record of it and claimed the booking website belonged to the previous owners. That doesn't make sense to me, since the website showed the current management's name and contact number. I showed proof of payment, but they offered no solution and gave me no refund. This felt very unprofessional and irresponsible toward a customer. I don't recommend this hotel.
