Check-in was easy, the staff were excellent, and both the rooms and the rest of the hotel were clean. The bed was comfortable, and there was consistently enough hot water.

Everything I needed was within a five minute walk: restaurants, a pharmacy, bakery, small fruit tienda, Clinica Latino, the tram and the river walk. The area in Zona Rosa felt secure and was well located. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was fresh and arrived within ten minutes of asking. The staff were A+++, friendly and incredibly attentive, going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after. I’d return in a heartbeat.

I had a lovely few days at Chasky while in Cuenca. The rooms were perfect, and the staff are super kind. Absolutely recommended!

The false information and terrible customer service were a real shame. Staff even argued with me when they were completely in the wrong. I’ve never experienced this level of rudeness anywhere in Latin America.
