Everyone working here made me feel welcome, and the location was really convenient. I loved our stay and would definitely come back with my family.

The bed was very comfortable, the room had a nice view, and breakfast was enough to get my day started. They also have snacks for $3.50, which seems like a fair price for Cuenca. The hotel and room are a bit dated, but the room was spacious and comfortable, and both it and the bathroom were clearly clean. Internet was somewhat weak, though that seems to depend a lot on the device. Service was excellent from the beginning: they let me check in early, helped with my luggage, and kept it for me until my bus back to my city that evening. One suggestion, not a criticism, is to add an assistant for the gentleman making the food. He seemed tense when it got busy in the morning, which might make some guests think he was angry. I had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.

The breakfast was complete, and there are lots of places to walk nearby. Rooms felt cozy, everything was clean, and the beds were super soft. Everyone was very friendly and the service was excellent. I'll be back.

The location is the main reason I'd recommend it. Breakfast was average, but the hotel is comfortable. The terrace is still under construction and already has a good view, so it should be a success once finished.
