The courtyard was my favorite, a little natural haven in the middle of the city. The hotel itself is beautiful too, and both the rooms and lobby give you a nice feeling. It's quiet, but only a few steps from the city centre. The staff were great, and everything was cleaned very well each day. Highly recommended!

We loved the breakfast every morning, and there are two parking lots right across the street. The owner and staff were exemplary, and the furnishings were top notch. Easily the best non-corporate style hotel we've stayed at in Cuenca.

From this spot in the heart of old Town, you can walk to the sights, parks, markets, banks, and restaurants. The bed was big and comfortable, queen sized, the showers were hot, and the staff made us feel welcome. Breakfast was good too. I'll be back!

My two brothers and I stayed in two rooms, both very clean, with hot water in the sink and shower. Victor was the first person who made an impression on us: such a kind host, extremely helpful with all our questions, and he speaks excellent English. We also loved the beautiful entrance and decor. The atmosphere was lovely, and so were Victor’s wife and family.

The owners are some of the friendliest people you'll meet. The rooms were super clean, the hot shower was first class, and you're right in the center near the main streets and attractions. If you're in Cuenca, this should be your place. Absolutely recommend it.
