The rooms are quite small, with no window looking outside, and the thin walls meant we could hear the neighbors every night. Still, the room and bathroom were clean and the shower had hot water. Breakfast was simple but enough for us, with tea or coffee, toast, some pieces of fruit, and eggs. It’s a very basic hotel, though the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location works well for exploring Cuenca.

We stayed nearly a week and couldn't have chosen a better hotel in Cuenca. Everyone who worked there was warm, friendly, and accommodating, and the included breakfast was just right, with a bowl of fruit, eggs made to order, and coffee. Thanks for making our stay so lovely. We’re looking forward to coming back.

The owner and staff were so kind and happy to help with any request, which made the stay feel pleasant and homey. The hotel is in a very convenient spot, within walking distance of both the bus terminal and the historic city center. My room was very clean, and there was always a cozy warm shower. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with eggs, bread, coffee, and fresh fruit. I had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

This is a basic hotel with quite old facilities, so don’t come expecting luxury. I was disappointed to arrive and find a small bed after booking a king-size one. The comments mentioned big beds as a plus, and I never saw a photo showing a small bed.

We got an upgrade, and the big room was much appreciated, thanks! The room does need some fixing in places. Breakfast wasn’t anything special, just eggs and toast.
