The garage is underground, handy and secure, though the entrance is tight. Beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are roomy and clean. Some rooms could use cosmetic maintenance, but the friendly staff and reliably good breakfast make this a pleasant stay. The accommodations are in a very good neighborhood with plenty of restaurants close by.

David at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. We loved how peaceful the hotel was at night, and there were enough restaurants nearby that we didn't need a taxi as often. It took about 10 to 20 minutes to walk into the center of Cuenca. Our room was clean, with a wonderful view, a relaxing jacuzzi, and a shower with nice warm water. The food was great too. We'd definitely stay here again when we return to Cuenca.

The buffet breakfast had plenty to choose from, including local dishes. The location is convenient for Uda and the river, and the staff are kind. It's a clean, modern place; the building itself is nothing special, but it does the job. The small suites seem good enough, with their large floor-to-ceiling windows. The presidential suite has a jacuzzi, though its windows are smaller.

It's quiet enough that you won't hear a thing, which made it a great place to unwind after a busy day. The rooms are high quality, everything looks new and shiny, and the location is nice. Service from the staff was excellent. I'd stay here for business or pleasure.
