Such a beautiful spot.

The pool was the one bright spot, and the staff were friendly, but getting help took too long. Although the facilities look very nice, I wouldn’t return or recommend it. We had to wait until 11 pm or later for the hot water in our room to be fixed, even though they knew a large group was arriving. The TV had no signal and there wasn’t even a remote.

There’s plenty of parking, and lots to do if you want to unwind or exercise. The pools, sauna, Turkish bath, and hot tub are nice extras, with space for entertainment too.

The people working there were friendly and helpful, which is the only reason I’m giving one star. We paid $100 for a double room with breakfast, but it was dirty, the pillows had no covers, and the bathroom was in poor shape with a dirty sink. The hotel has lots of options, but the movie theater, play area, and gym were all closed. You had to ask permission, and the place is so big that you couldn’t find anyone. There seemed to be very few staff for the two families staying there. The receptionist was also cooking and trying to keep everything running, and I saw two others who I think were cleaners. Our room phone didn’t work, the internet was unreliable, and the TV was faulty. There wasn’t toilet paper in the pool or restaurant bathrooms either. If you needed some, you had to walk around the hotel looking for someone to ask.
