The staff are kind and attentive, and there is parking for two cars. The rooms have a charming colonial feel, comfortable beds, and hot water. I'd recommend it if you're going to a nearby concert or want an affordable place to stay in Quito.

I was in Quito for work and stayed at this hotel downtown. The owners made booking easy from the first phone call, and the room and bathroom were both clean and comfortable when I arrived. There are restaurants, shops, bakeries, and other useful services nearby, which worked well for both sightseeing and my business trip. The historic center is about eight minutes away, and the financial district about five. The owners were excellent, and the price was very affordable compared with other nearby hotels. I'd recommend it to people visiting Quito for work.
