Be careful with your documents. They lost our ID, and I don’t understand why they keep guests’ documents if they can’t return them. They had several other forgotten documents too, which makes it seem like they aren’t doing a good job of getting them back to their owners. The rooms are average and the facilities are old. I suppose for the price it may be hard to find anything better, but losing our ID was the worst part.

The location and facilities seem in line with the price, and this is one of the cheapest hotels in Guayaquil. It’s downtown, but in a dangerous area, so walking around at night isn’t recommended. There also aren’t many shops nearby for basics like snacks or water. The facilities are very low quality, and so are the cleanliness and general atmosphere. It doesn’t feel very comfortable.

It’s quiet, so I sleep well here. There’s an elevator, and the prices are good. The room has AC, a TV and internet.
