4/10
The rooms feel dated, and the windows are single-pane; some of them don't always lock. The location wasn't good for me either. On the plus side, there was hot water and air conditioning, and the price was budget-friendly. Staff also knocked loudly and aggressively on my door 15 minutes before checkout. Choose carefully.

The place was clean all around, including the bathroom, and the bed was comfortable. Service was good too. I wasn't keen on the location, though it is downtown, which some people may find cool.

The customer service was excellent, and the place felt cozy and cool. It also feels closely connected to the environment of the .. fighting people of Ecuador.

A good place to stay for the price. I hope they can offer clients more options.
