There was no drinking water in the hallway or even a bottle in the room. When I asked the receptionist for a glass, she said no and told me I had to buy water, even though there was a water tank behind her that could easily have been used to refill my bottle. The four other hotels I'd stayed at before all made water available to guests. Hospitality and customer service could be better here. The hotel is on a main road and gets pretty noisy at night, and our toilet didn't flush properly. Still, it was an okay place for a night or two. On the plus side, the rooms were clean and the AC worked fine. I liked the breakfast, with different kinds of bread and eggs made the way you requested. The small restaurant looked clean and nice, and the neighborhood seemed pretty safe. We walked along the main road at 9 pm and felt safe.

My husband and I had a very good stay and would recommend it. The rooms were very clean, the staff friendly, and there was hot and cold water. We loved the breakfast, too. It's right in the center of town.
