We'd stay here again. It's good value, though communication could have been better. Suite 1 has a separate entrance right on the street. The shower has a single faucet, Latin style, and turning down the volume gives you hotter water. The rear bedroom can get noisy when the upstairs guests walk heavily. The upper suites are quieter, but you'll climb three flights to reach them. For stays over a week, sheets and towels are changed only once a week.

A handy base for seeing central Quito. The place has been nicely refurbished and was quiet.
