The beds were comfortable, and I got a good room for cheap. The service was good, too. From the upper floors there's a nice view, and the price was fair. It's close to the malecon, about a ten-minute walk, and within walking distance of pretty much everything you'd need.

Clean and well located, and a very good hotel overall. It could use some modernization, but it's still a perfectly decent place.

The toilet base and ceiling were leaking, so I asked Viviana to move me. She said there were no other rooms, but the next shift's receptionist offered me about five options. The whole stay was frustrating from the start: the hotel said it couldn't see app bookings and only took cash or card at the desk. When I asked about payment records, the receptionist said they had nothing like that and kept everything handwritten, which I found hard to believe. I had to cancel the app reservation and pay cash. Viviana was unhelpful and lied to me. I won't stay here again.

There were cockroaches in the room, and the bathroom made strange noises. We had booked for a couple but got two beds pushed together. The room was old, there was no hot water, and the TV didn't work. We asked for help with it and nobody ever came. I definitely won't be back.
