Holiday Inn Guayaquil Airport by IHG

We spent one night here before our morning flight, and the service was great. The rooms were very clean, and everyone was extremely polite. Dinner downstairs was a great experience, too. Our waiter, Jonh, was attentive and knew his stuff, and even helped me practice Spanish. I definitely plan to return.

I slept better here than at any other hotel. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, the pillows felt just right, and the comforter was light and fluffy. The staff were cordial and professional from the moment we arrived. They offered chilled juice at check-in, and the front desk could speak English as well as Spanish. When I needed ice for my room, the bar had already heard about my request by the time I got there. They didn't charge for it. The airport is close enough to walk to, though there's also a free shuttle. This is my favorite place to stay in Guayaquil, and I absolutely love this Holiday Inn.

It was about what I expected, a decent hotel without anything fancy. The rooms are clean, have the basics, and the AC works great. The staff are awesome, and having a restaurant open around the clock is a big plus. Prices are fine, but I was disappointed they didn't have encebollado on the menu. The location is excellent. Breakfast was okay and priced normally, though I didn't like the coffee.

We were glad we booked this place. Its location is amazing, and there's a free shuttle if you give them your flight details. Breakfast was unreal, with loads of choices: fresh fruit, chilled vegetables, rice, pancakes, oatmeal, salami, cheese, breads, juices, and more. The staff were kind and very helpful.
