It's a good location, not too far from Malecon. The power cuts happen often and are a nuisance, though that's not their fault.

Good service and close to everything. A cool place to stay if you need to get around Guayaquil quickly!

Okay.

The service is good, and the bed is a bit hard. The cockroaches are tolerable since they fumigate, so it's acceptable overall.

I found cockroaches in the rooms and suggested fumigating to deal with the infestation. Apart from that, the service was normal to good.
