The cacao museum is just around the corner, with good restaurants nearby and a small, pleasant market in the lobby. The area feels secure and has a well-lit route of almost 3 km for walking or running. Breakfast and service were both great. Best hotel in Guayaquil!

My King room had a city view, but I wouldn’t choose that room again if I wanted a full night’s sleep. Weekend music carried on until 3am and was loud. Still, this was a great stay with good staff, and the location is close to the Malecon 2000, making it a good fit for business trips to Guayaquil.

I felt safe during my stay, though the heavy military presence made me wonder what impression it might give travelers. The staff were attentive and friendly, and I enjoyed being within walking distance of Malecón and el Farro. The only mirror was in the bathroom, so the rooms could use a full-length one.

We wrapped up our adventurous trip here and had a lovely room with fantastic views. The infinity pool is right by the water, and the buffet was delicious. There are lots of restaurants close by and a convenience store downstairs. Thank you!

The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety, and there were good dishes on the menu too, including tacos. We felt safe and enjoyed walking around the city. With an infinity pool, views across the whole city, and El Malecón 2000 just steps away, this place was amazing.
