The breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel in South America. It came with juice, coffee, eggs, warm croissants, jam, butter, cheese, and fruit. The staff were friendly, the location was convenient, with plenty of bus stops nearby, and it was great value for money. The hotel feels cozy, with lovely plants, atmospheric lighting, and old floorboards that creak charmingly. My room was spacious and warm, and the shower had hot water. The Wi-Fi upstairs could be pretty slow at times, though, and the walls are thin enough that you can hear people talking clearly. I arrived at night in a transfer arranged through the hotel, but the door wasn't opened and I waited 15 minutes. Luckily, the taxi driver stayed.

The staff were very nice and helped with a few questions about staying in the area. Breakfast was good, and they cook eggs how you like them. The hostel is close to local attractions, and I'd stay again. There's also a free walking tour from the community hostal, only a 4-minute walk away. We stayed three nights. The room was an okay size, though a little dark because its natural light came from the covered courtyard. I didn't like having the shower separate from the toilet and basin, and the shower itself was quite small. With the hotel's layout, you may hear other guests coming and going.

I loved staying here. The rooms were great, and the staff were super friendly!

A great choice for a short visit to Quito. The staff are so lovely and helpful.
