I came back here twice, at the start and end of my study abroad. It's a great deal at $15 per person, whether you're staying a short time or longer, and I'd return every time I'm in Guayaquil. The location is great, with a view of the Malecon and only a short walk away. The owner and staff are courteous, kind, and willing to accommodate your needs. The rooms are roomy and clean, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Fresh linens were always available, and they cleaned our whole room while we were out exploring. Each room has its own bathroom, TV, fridge, AC, and armoire. The WiFi was amazing, with a separate network on each floor for really fast internet. I also liked the unique artwork painted on the walls. Breakfast and sometimes dinner were included.

The rooms are spacious and have hot water, and there are restaurants nearby with the Malecón just across the street. The location felt safe and quiet. For the price, it's not bad, especially for a short stay. The WiFi kept dropping in and out in the room, and the TVs don't work.

The breakfast was really good, and the location worked well. I had the corner suite with a balcony and a nice view. It was very spacious and nicely decorated. I'd definitely stay here again.

Take it or leave it 👍🏿👎🏿! It's basic, but clean and has what you need. The location is handy, close to the airport and bus station, and you can easily walk along the water in either direction.

The room, breakfast, and location were nice, but it was incredibly noisy.
