The garden is breathtaking, and the hotel is a lovely little spot in Baños, Ecuador, close to everything. Breakfast was included and very nice. The owners and staff went out of their way to meet all our requests, whatever the time, and the service was excellent. I’d love to stay again.

Friendly people, good service, and a good breakfast at a reasonable price. The Wi-Fi was poor at times.

Good price and location, but the room felt a bit dated and the bed was uncomfortable. At 6 AM I went out to get a coffee and found the gate locked, so I couldn’t leave the property. It was already fully daylight, and being locked in made me feel trapped. I really didn’t like that.

They have some adopted dogs, so anyone with allergies should be cautious.
