2/10
The hotel is beautiful, but the conditions and service were horrible. We woke up with cockroaches crawling on my wife and me, and found them in our bed. The jacuzzi didn't work, and there was no hot water in the shower. When I complained, the manager apologized and offered a free night in a different suite. He couldn't understand why I wouldn't want to stay another night after that. I was shocked.

The rooms are clean, have air conditioning, and are nicely decorated. It's not high-end, but the value is great.
