It was okay.

Really excellent!

The pool is a hit with families, and the river and restaurant are close by. It’s a beautiful, quiet place, with a good breakfast and really friendly staff. Getting to the poolside facilities and bathroom isn’t suitable for people with limited mobility. A ramp could help. Neither the room bathroom nor the one by the pool has assistive devices.

My room was spacious, bright, airy, and clean, with lovely decor and a very practical big closet. I liked having a balcony, though a small table and chairs out there would have made it easier to enjoy. The staff were attentive, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere and furnishings. The pool looked beautiful and was large, but it was cold, as most pools in Ecuador seem to be, so I didn’t use it. Breakfast was adequate. With so many people there, a buffet would have worked better. We’d still come back. Congratulations, and there are always things that could be improved.
