Our bird guide brought us here in the morning, and the hosts were so lovely. The birds were amazing too: we spotted toucans, a toucanet, a barbet, and lots of different hummingbirds.

The owners were super friendly, and we ate really well during our three-night stay. It’s also a great spot for birdwatching, with fruit feeders and hummingbird feeders. Highly recommended.

We got there at 7:30 in the morning for birdwatching, and the couple who own the place were wonderful. They even helped me find just the right spot for photos. Entry was $15 per person, and we had an amazing time. I can’t recommend it enough!

The feeders are just 2-3 meters from where you watch, and there’s so much to see, from toucans and hummingbirds to tanagers and plenty of other birds. I heard there can be up to 25 hummingbird species. It’s uncrowded, so you’ll likely have the place to yourself. The family who runs it is very kind, and they can help out if you don’t have binoculars. I absolutely recommend it.
