10/10
Our room was comfortable, with air conditioning and a properly warm shower, and the location worked well for us. We got in late, but Oscar waited outside so he could make sure we arrived safely. He was incredibly kind and patient with all our questions. The next day he drove us to the airport in his own car. He'd misunderstood and thought it was my birthday, so the ride was his birthday gift to us. Such a lovely experience, thanks Oscar :)

The owners were lovely, and the room was really nice. It was easy to walk to the huge shopping mall, and getting to the airport was convenient. Clean, friendly, good value, and a great spot for a short stop in Guayaquil.

The host was so nice and helpful. It’s well placed if you’re heading out from either the airport or the bus station, though I found it a bit overpriced.
