The staff were friendly and helpful, and the airport pickup went smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was fantastic, and dinner is available for 6 USD. There’s also a pool with a hot tub. I’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

The breakfast was supposed to run from 7:00 to 9:00, but they only started setting things out at 8:00. Food came to the table bit by bit, and the eggs arrived after I’d finished my coffee. The watermelon pieces were very overripe. We’d ordered dinner and I let them know we were delayed by traffic, which was fine, but when it came the meat was cold and the salad was just a couple of wilted tomato slices. The WhatsApp service had been really friendly, so the hotel service was a letdown. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but what I experienced didn’t match the reviews on this profile.

The Wi-Fi and hammock were nice, and the next day they opened the pool, got the hot water working, and gave me breakfast for free. Still, my main complaint is the price. I expected to pay $59 including taxes, but after charging my card $59.40, they said they’d forgotten another $8.91 in taxes, making it $68.31. I found that very expensive for what I got. The pool had been out of service when I arrived, and there was no hot water or safe. They also prepare food. I ordered chicken, rice, and fries for $7.

The staff were very friendly and attentive to what I needed, which made my stay comfortable. Samariwasi Airport Hotel is close to the airport and, in my view, a great place to rest before or after a flight. I’d highly recommend it for the quality of service.
